At Thesupermade®, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain items like intimates and final sale pieces are non-returnable for hygienic and clearance reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in the original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep the tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspections are complete, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
